Redefining leadership through pragmatic legislations and effective leadership if given the opportunity to serve and represent Calabar Municipal in the State House of Assembly. My name is Stanley Boyce Nsemo, I can and will midwife the birth of a New Calabar Municipal through:

HARNESSING THE POTENTIAL OF THE STUDENT POPULATION

The student populace in Calabar is an untapped pool of ideas, concepts and labor for businesses within Calabar Munucipal, the work-school concept in western nations can be adopted to efficiently train and mentor the student populace to be readily employable. Since they prior to their exit from the citadel of learning, they have imbibe the requisite knowledge and skills to better their lives and those around.

    ERADICATION OF SOCIAL VICES

To begin, the SBN mantra is big on creating sustainable SME’s for the people of Cross River Municipal to eliminate any excuse for engagement in criminal activity. It has it plans and machineries to provide businesses for those without, it’s accepted that not all and sundry will want to walk through the pathway of wealth creation. The SBN umbrella is large enough to accommodate all specially those willing to be undergo the processes of reformation through established channels. However, those who have chosen to be on the wrong side of human development will be dealt with decisively in accordance to our established criminal justice system.

    INCENTIVES FOR AGRO-BUSINESS

Calabar has served as an ready market for farmers within and outside Calaba Municipal. However, the population of those resident in Calabar is ever growing and the available markets will need to keep up with this pace. The SBN mantras will champion legislations that will statutorily establish the incentives from Agro-business in giving them fertilizers, seedlings, work tools and equipments needed for mechanized farming with a bargain for lower cost of agro products in Cross Rivers which will invariably lead to lower food prices for residents in Calabar.

    P³ FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Having established a wide network ranging across countries, the Stanley Boyce Nsemo project will make available Private- Public Partnerships for human capital development through knowledge and skills acquisition to reposition the youths in Calabar with competitive advantage for the needs of the global market.

THE STANLEY BOYCE NSEMO “WE AND US” PROJECT

This is a proposed platform for collaboration among the finest youths. The “We and US” project will help established a pool for ideas collation and methodological steps towards establishing this ideas for the benefits of our Calabar Municipal. This will serve as a mentorship platform among many others to champion a new Calabar.

    MY CALBAR FUNFAIR

To begin with, Calàbar for a while has lost touch with it’s inborn potential of hospitality and tourism. The hospitality industry has witnessed the lowest patronage in recent history. The Calabar funfair is the reignite tourism in the state and improve the hospitality industry in Cross River State.

    REDUCTION OF TAXES

Taxes have decapitated alot of businesses in Calabar, we have experienced so much economic and labor flight due to high taxes for businesses. The SBN mantra will champion legislations on the reduction of Taxes to encourage manufacturing industries in Calabar and temporary suspension of taxes for SME’s in Calàbar.
