    The Governor of Cross River State, Ben Ayade is set to sanction trucks conveying stones, sands, goods and waste that are not properly covered in the state.

    A memo with ref CREPA/02/COR./VOL 1/82, which was signed by George Abang, Director General, Environmental Protection Agency, clearly stated that defaulters will surely face the law in line with the Cross River State Environmental Protection Law.
