Reports as widely circulated in international media, says Ukraine has carried out a fresh wave of drone strikes targeting key Russian energy infrastructure, including oil refineries, an oil depot in Crimea, and a major Baltic Sea port.

The attacks are part of Kyiv’s ongoing strategy to weaken Russia’s war economy by disrupting its oil production and export capacity.
According to the report, the strikes hit several refineries inside Russia, triggering fires and temporary shutdowns at some facilities.
In occupied Crimea, an oil depot was also struck, while Russian authorities reported damage and fire outbreaks despite claims of intercepting incoming drones.
Similar attacks have increasingly focused on energy sites that support Russia’s fuel supply chain for both domestic use and export.
In the Baltic Sea region, Ukraine also targeted an oil export port, adding to earlier disruptions at key Russian shipping hubs.
The sustained campaign has already reduced Russia’s oil logistics capacity significantly in recent months, forcing rerouting of exports and causing repeated interruptions across its refining and shipping network.
