Operation Akpakwu records huge success as it discovers a factory where locally made pistol guns, popularly known in local parlence are produced in uyanga, Akampka local government area of the state.
Investigations revealed that most of the locally made guns in the southern Senatorial District are produced from the factory.
The man who produces the weapons is from Akwa Ibom state but resident at uyanga.
In addition, further findings revealed that the DCO that was killed during the Endsar protest was killed by these criminals.

Andrea stated that the recent huge success been recorded by operation Akpakwu are attributed the massive support Governor Ben Ayade had made available to the outfit.
