Tiwa Savage who is one of the biggest African female acts has signed a record deal with Universal Music Group.
Some of the facilitators present at the signing of the deal at UMG office in California are Joel Katz, Efe Ogbeni, Vanessa Amadi (Stealth Management), Sipho Dlamini, Managing Director of Universal Music South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa (English-speaking), Adam Granite, Executive Vice President, Market Development at Universal Worldwide and Sir Lucian Grainge, Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group Worldwide.

This deal ends Tiwa Savage 7 years with Don Jazzy’s MAVIN Record.

Via his Instagram account, (@DonJazzy), Mavin Records head honcho, Don Jazzy has since sent out a farewell message to her and thanked her for amazing seven years with his label during which she released two albums and one EP. She was also on the Mavin Compilation album, ‘Solar Plexus.’
