Reports linking Florentino Pérez with a €150 million move for Michael Olise have gained momentum following claims that the Real Madrid president is preparing a record-breaking offer if he wins the club’s presidential election.
Multiple outlets, including CalabarOnline reports that Olise has emerged as a leading target despite Pérez publicly denying that the Bayern star is the player in question.
According to the reports, Pérez recently revealed that he intends to submit a bid worth at least €150 million for a player currently at a Champions League club.
While he stated in a television interview that the mystery player was “not Olise,” several media organizations have since claimed that the French winger remains the primary target behind the scenes.
Olise’s stock has risen dramatically following an outstanding season with FC Bayern Munich.
Since arriving from Crystal Palace in 2024, the winger has become one of Bayern’s most influential attacking players, helping the club win major honours and attracting interest from Europe’s elite clubs.
However, Bayern’s leadership has repeatedly insisted that Olise is not for sale. Honorary president Uli Hoeneß and other club officials have reportedly described the player as “unsellable,” with Bayern unwilling to entertain offers even approaching €200 million.
The club views the 24-year-old as a cornerstone of its future plans and has no pressure to negotiate.
Despite the growing speculation, no official offer has yet been submitted. The story remains at the rumour stage, although several reputable outlets suggest that a formal bid could arrive next week if Pérez secures re-election.
Whether Bayern would even consider discussions remains the biggest obstacle to any potential transfer.
