Federal University Oye-Ekiti, FUOYE have prohibit students from using vehicles on campus. This was made know by a memo released by the registrar Mututau A. Ibrahim.

The reason for this prohibition as stated in the memo with reference number; FUOYE/RC/CIR/18/VOL.2/267 had it that students drive carelessly and recklessly, “putting other commuters and pedestrians at high and unnecessary risk”

Students of the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti, FUOYE are henceforth advice to park their vehicles outside the school premises.
