Arsenal produced a dominant display to defeat Fulham 3–0 and ramp up pressure on Manchester City in the Premier League title race.

A first-half blitz saw Viktor Gyökeres score twice, with Bukayo Saka also on target, as Mikel Arteta’s side surged into a six-point lead at the top, albeit having played more games than City.

The emphatic win marked a strong response after recent setbacks and kept Arsenal firmly in control of their title push.

The Gunners effectively settled the contest before halftime with an energetic and clinical performance, allowing them to ease off in the second half while keeping one eye on upcoming European commitments.

Fulham offered little resistance and extended their poor record away at Arsenal, while Arteta praised his team’s authority, composure, and renewed momentum at a crucial stage of the season.

Elsewhere, West Ham United suffered a damaging 3–0 defeat at Brentford, dealing a significant blow to their survival hopes.

The struggling side hit the woodwork three times and had a goal ruled out, but Brentford capitalised through an own goal, a penalty from Igor Thiago, and a late strike from Mikkel Damsgaard.

The result leaves West Ham hovering just above the relegation zone, while Brentford boosted their chances of securing European football.
