The Law students of the University of Calabar has recorded a major victory at the Juritrust ACJA National Moot Competition 2026, out of 19 Universities representing Nigeria six geo-political Zone.
The winning team — Emediong Fabian, Andem, Timothy, and Freedom — emerged victorious after a keenly contested competition that tested participants on advocacy, legal research, and interpretation of principles under the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA).
Their success reinforces the University’s commitment to excellence in legal advocacy, research, and professional development, thereby placing the university with distinction on a national stage.
