It was a shocking unforeseen occurrence in Calabar, the capital city of Cross River State as the billboard of SPAR Calabar Mall fell on parked vehicles at the mall vehicles parking areas. The video is on our Instagram page @CalabarOnline
The vehicles is said to belong to customers who made their way to the mall to get products foe themselves and family amid the outbreak of the pandemic – Covid-19.
As at the time of filing this information the cause of this shocking occurrence is yet to be known. However, a citizen of the state who pleaded to be anonymous while talking to one of our correspondent, Nsikak Ibatt said; “we been the plan to enter taxi na so we hear one heavy sound like that we think say na house fall na just wetin I fit talk”
This sad incident happened as at 3:00pm.
