    JUST IN: President Buhari Chief of Staff Abba Kyari is dead

    President Muhammadu Buhari’s Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari is dead.

    In a statement on Saturday morning, the 18th if April 2020,  the Presidency announced the passage of the Chief of Staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari.

    The deceased had tested positive to the deadly COVID-19 and had been receiving treatment. Abba Kyari died on Friday, April 17, 2020.

    Abba Kyari whovwas a businessman, Lawyer and Politicians. Born in Borno state to a Kanuri family, Kyari graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Warwick in 1980. He also has a bachelor’s degree in Law from Cambridge University and was called to bar in 1983.

    He also posses a master’s degree in Law and participated in a Management development course in Harvard Business School in 1992 and 1994.

    Kyari and President Buhari are very close friends. On March 24, 2020, Kyari tested positive for COVID-19 after returning from an official trip to Germany nine days before.
